Inject some extra inspiration into your conference by choosing our beautiful and flexible conference venue in Sussex. We are easily accessible in the stimulating setting of our 150 acre countryside location.

We offer a range of conference facilities and meeting rooms. The versatile Norfolk Pavilion offers 1,100m2 of light and airy space in five rooms over two floors. The Ardingly Room and Balcombe Room can seat 400 and 350 people respectively in conference style. Rooms can be hired individually or in a range of combinations. We offer modern facilities and equipment available to ensure you host a polished, well-organised event.

The self-contained facilities of the Lindfield Suite provide an ideal meeting venue for groups of up to 30 people, or 20 in a boardroom style. Its first floor location with floor to ceiling windows and views over the main ring will breathe life into your event. We can provide full catering or just tea and coffee according to your budget and requirements. We also offer WiFi and AV facilities & equipment.
